Ordering & Lead Time- All orders must me placed a minimum of 24 hrs in advance. An Order is considered confirmed only after 50% deposit is paid.
Payment Policy- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. No work will begin and no flowers will be sourced without payment. All prices listed do not include delivery fees or taxes.
Cancellation, changes & refunds- All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Changes may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order subject to availability. Date changes are not guaranteed and may require additional fees.
Design & Customization- Each Timeless Flowers DFW arrangement is custom, one-of-a-kind design. While we honor requested style preferences, exact flowers, shade and placement cannot be guaranteed. Seasonal availability may require substitutions to preserve the integrity of the design. All photos are for inspiration Only.
Delivery & Pick up- We offer delivery and pick up. Delivery times are provided as windows, no guaranteed arrival times. Once an arrangement has been delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the client or recipient. Timeless Flowers DFW is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, pets, or improper handling. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Photography & Branding- Timeless Flowers DFW reserves the right to photograph and record completed arrangements for branding, portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to delivery or pick up.
Communication & Conduct- Professional and respectful communication is expected at all times. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or abusive language will result in immediate order cancellation without refund. Business hours apply to response times.
Agreement- By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Rules of Engagement outlined above.
